Profile

Kate Cassada is an assistant professor of education in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies program. She teaches graduate and undergraduate classes, serves as assistant chair of graduate education for Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, and facilitates leadership development in collaboration with preK-12 schools throughout the metro Richmond area.

Prior to her role in higher education, Dr. Cassada served as a Hanover County Public Schools classroom teacher, senior teacher, assistant principal and principal.
